i have to say it the time firs time i played this hack, i had the nice and weird felling of discovering new areas and weird places and when i saw those chozo in the table i was like wow thats creepy, lol but i really enjoy it honestly it was kinda a hard but all i have to say is i liked a lot! and the only complain there was some bad palettes, that's all.

This Hack is a good example of how New hacks should be, i really enjoyed exploring around and finding so many new areas, really good choice on music and graphics, specially for the underwater zone, this areas really impresseds me as no other hack, that background music and deep blue tiling makes it be the best of all areas, i gotta said it's the best underwater area I've seen on Super metroid hack, the palettes were really good, also many custom enemies makes the areas so interesting as for many New mechanics.

Animals Saved!
I like the idea of exploring every corner.
New music!, I like these hacks with something different from the usual.
I had fun and enjoyed searching and finding each item.
Having 2 extra suits is very nice! so that would be nice to see it in a full hack!

I must mention the colors are not my likes, but that is what blue was all about, so there is no complaint.
The game has a bit of editing errors in the map, blocks, scrolling and slopes, but their are acceptable.
I would have liked to seen new tiles, although this is a contest hack, there is no need to be so demanding.

The game has potential if it was decide to fix stuff, make it bigger and change the palettes completely.

I gotta say it, I've really hated this hack at first, but I didn't wanted to give up so easy, I got lost for a lot of time, and I almost quit, the main thing that made me get lost was my lack of reading the messages boxes, but once I figured how to use the holy water bombs, all the way was opened finally!

I reached the first boss and right after that, I was so freaking excited about it, and I was starting to enjoy the hack a lot more than other hacks actually! XD

It is true, there are so many negative things about this hack, but I don't care that much, we are here to play creator's hacks, that means we should respect their vision :D

for me, after the second boss, this whole game felt really entertained,
I don't know but, i didn't find the graphics that ugly after 40 minutes of gameplay, lol I've may get used to them XD, the really negative about the graphics it's just that there are some door walls that does not look like doors, I might be intentional tho, but after some minutes you get used to it.

Enemies, the enemies were exceptional! i really liked the custom ones! although some of them felt really annoying lol
typical from Metroid games.

Music, the music was really great! except for some weird Castlevania ports that I did really long ago, I'm looking forward to improving them at some point. lol

it really felt like I was playing a Metroidvania game!

Congratulations both, Aran;Jaeger and moehr, you guys did a good job adding so much great stuff!

honesty, I really enjoyed the game!, that's why I'm giving a perfect score!

I personally enjoyed this hack, it's something closer to something i always wanted for super Metroid,I know that keeping the same bosses from vanilla it's something almost impossible, and even with the changes on those, i really liked the way they were placed, all areas was well made, and the used tilesets were a good choice, except for the maridia area, i have to say that this was the only area i didn't liked at all, but is understandable, so I'll suggest a little bit of more work on maridia area, and please a better tileset, also the background music for this one, totally didn't fit either :/ but this looked like there was a good effort on doing this whole thing, the glass tube explosion was awesome! Norfair felt unique!
Green brinstar has an amazing tiling and looks awesome, a better background will make it perfect, don't forget about a little more flowers!
Wrecked ship looks awesome as well! I felt some areas a bit empty on terms of decorations, so I'll suggest to do something with that if is possible, you did a great job so far so, Please! Keep working on this great hack!
