Generally, people are pretty persnickety about how a hack looks. We can love the room design and hate and the palette, or love the palette and rip the design a new one. Phazon 0.3 has seen a majority of positive comments about the overall quality of the both palette and design. Not only that, Red_M0nk3y has made a lot of new tiles for this hack by himself. His skill with designing new tilesets to use is impressive, but there is still more amazing things than that.

Tilesets take time to make and get right, but enemies and bosses are a whole new level. Despite this, there is an amazing amount of work and detail put into the new enemy and boss designs.

Yet more details are added though. In the Sewers you will find plants with luminous bulbs on the end, which look nice in themselves, but they are added to by a glowing light built around them.

Phazon 0.3 is a visual masterpiece of the highest kind for Super Metroid hacks right now.
