Only version of the game I actually beat. Great ending sequence.

Felt very... uninspired. Very easy, very boring. Only giving it a 2 because it's an oldy so it does get some credit for trying something different from all the challenge hacks out there.

No. Just no. It's a great spoof hack at best.
This hack started very well. Good physics, cool areas, not hard as balls.
Then came the endless back tracking, enemies that just won't die and impossible speedbooster puzzles to get reserve tanks.
It also feels like the author forgot to give the player beams in this hack and just gave them all at the end saying "oops".
And if it wasn't for the fact that someone warned me about the 1 tile to find the last area, I would of quit this hack before finding it. Word of advice and possible spoiler:
You need grapple beam to get in the last area and it's located near the place where you find space jump. It's hard to find so use your X-ray or MORPH BALL.
Last area of the game was pretty bland with a crapton of metroids in it. Fortunately, they are not hard to deal with, only slow. Escape was anti climactic.
I'm disappointed in this hack because it looked pretty good and had decent level design to keep me interested, just poor design choices on the last half of the game.

Very good mini hack consisting of just a few rooms that are more puzzle based. Finding the right path is harder then it sounds, especially when there is traps that insta kill you.

One of the best hacks I played so far. It's very creepy and has lots to explore despite being kinda small (half hack size). It is challenging and well paced, although a bit linear. Beat it multiple times due to the various ips patches to change a certain gameplay element (you can also stack them to add up the different changes).
Last part of the game was pretty hard, but not impossible. A great hack for those not afraid of a challenge that consists of more than just mockballs, shinesparks and tons of spikes.

This hack is very well done. Don't let the size fool you like it says in the description, the rooms are big and have a lot to offer.
I don't remember how much time or how many items I got, but it took me an afternoon's worth of time trying to find most of the stuff. It has more to do with you scratching your head to figure out what to to instead of where to go.
It also looks very pretty!

This hack was a lot of fun. Here is why:
- Twin doors were good to force exploration each time you found of those or a new upgrade.
- Level design was very good. A lot of backtracking, so you can explore more and more each time you get a new item.
- Kinda hard at times, but feels more rewarding to collect more items and being cautious.
- HUGE map. Easy to get lost, especially in places that change after certain events.
Overall, it's a very well done hack if you like exploration.

Decent hack, nothing special yet nothing bad out of it.
A bit glitchy with palettes overlapping on the sprites, but nothing game breaking. The escape got me panicking a bit :)

Not going to lie, I used cheats to beat the bosses. There really isn't a reason to buff the boss so much that it's not even challenging, it's just a chore.
At least it's the only downside to this hack. Fun item order and good level design overall!

Fantastic hack! Version 04.
Great item progression, huge map, top level design and a lot of secrets. Very vanilla design, backtracking included. Bosses aren't sponges and upgrades feel rewarding.
Exploration is key for this hack so pay attention to details when stuck. I never needed the X-ray to find my way, but some expansions are well hidden.
Best find of 2016, well done SavageWizzrobe!

First time in, tried to explore, find some stuff. Then realized there is timer and died because of time up. Made it so much better to speed up instead of trying to find items like in most hacks. Good change of pace!
Not bad at all. A tad too dark for my liking, but enjoyable nonetheless. Keep it up!
