Just a more tedious vanilla SM.
Beam damage is changed, charged shots do lower than their non-charged counterparts. Because of this, Ridley and Mother Brain are a slog.
Linearity is increased, and my total fave part about that was going up Red Tower for power bombs then being forced to go back down for Grappling Beam, then back up. What a waste.
Oh, and the palettes! They hurt your eyes. They're really bad, and I chose some specific ones in the screenshots so you would understand.
Finished.
Do not recommend.

It's just Super Metroid but worse. I guess the whole "reserve graphics" thing is supposed to mean that if there are 2 possible palettes for an area, he switched it to the opposite one? It's so pointless, though. There's a reason the developers chose the palettes they did. All the other changes to the gameplay just serve to make the game worse. Do not play this hack.
