Pros:
- gorgeous environments and that is an understatement!
- improvements to abilities such as space jump
- you start with high jump... oh no... you don't start with high jump!
- tons to explore with some well-hidden items
- some cool creatures added
- suit colors are neat and I like the morph ball look
- bomb jumping is easy and you can lay bombs so fast you can walk across the ceiling which is neat
- dying :3
cons:
- in order to get some of the items you need to know some tricks/mechanics of how the abilities work that make it tough for the average person
- place is really big and I wish getting around was easier for the less skilled but watching a speed runner was just awesome
I'm not the biggest fan of the modified story but to each there own.
I highly recommend playing this gorgeous game with a ton of improvements!

The first zone looks a bit eh. The second one looks better but it's hard to see things at sometimes.
I'm not a fan of the haze on the bottom of the screen that fades up and follows you.
After like 7 bomb bounces you can't bounce anymore and automatically fall :(
Some items are hard to get, but maybe I just didn't know the right trick to get them since I don't know many of the tricks.
The third zone starts off beautiful and then turns into an action packed super mario 3 world 8 boat level! Talk about a ride! I've never been so excited while playing Metroid!
Cool mechanics in the game and some cool ideas. I highly recommend!

I didn't realize there was a timer... My first time playing I died after an hour and I realized all my saves were pointless and I'd have to go through the game multiple times to learn what I needed, where it was, and then kill the last boss... Maybe if I was younger I'd have loved the challenge and so remembering it would be more easy for me.
I ended up watching a speed runner beat the game and I just copied his youtube video every step of the way. I learned some new tricks and some of the things he did I did not understand how he did them.
