Honestly, probably one of my favorite romhacks. I have revisited this one a few times, and it's always a wonderful experience. Vanilla feel, but great exploration, and doesn't make you feel bad for taking extra time in areas. Very aesthetically pleasing, and a lot of fun! Recommend for anyone looking to play a vanilla hack with exploration value!
This one gave a really great experience overall! I love hacks that really go the extra mile to be different than the original game. I love exploration hacks, and this one did not disappoint. For those looking for a new experience, wanting a vanilla feel, and good progression, this is one for you!

An absolute wonder to play! Gave a whole new spin to a classic, and made you feel like there should have been more games in the series for SNES! Great design, wonderful items, and love the lore menu to help you get through the game! Definitely would revisit this one again in the future! Even had the devs stop by my Twitch Stream to watch me play through the game. Couldn't compliment them enough on an incredible game! Wanting to see more from these guys!
Begrimed never fails to put out quality! Project base was an absolute joy to play from beginning to end. Made you feel like the original was almost too easy. Great overall hack, and can't wait to see more!
A beautiful exploration hack, while retaining vanilla feels. Very aesthetically pleasing to look at. Some areas presented challenges that were a bit annoying, and it felt like I was going in circles too many times. With a bit of clean up, this would be amazing! Wishing the map layout was different though, given how hard you went with the aesthetics!
Definitely a novelty hack to play if you wanna challenge yourself to the vanilla game, but with a change of perspective. Not a game, though, if you're not familiar with Super Metroid advanced mechanics. (Wall jumps, mid-air ball morphs, bomb jumping, etc.) My thumbs were killing me by the end of this one, but happy I could put it to rest. Worth it if you really wanna challenge yourself.

Overall a very well put together hack. The ending made me wonder what was going on though, and I was very confused by it... Definitely worth a play if you're looking for a hack to give you a new Super Metroid experience!
I wish I could rate this one higher. But I can't. Overall VERY aesthetically pleasing. Great atmosphere, great level design, great items... But VERY sloppy in a lot of aspects. Using the SM soundtrack in parts made it feel like I wasn't playing Junkoid in parts. Lack in changing sound effects. Final boss was an absolute disappointment. (Just a leg with a neck and head...) I felt let down by this, even all the way through the credits with no changes to layout or music. This has a chance to be an amazing hack, with some changes made to it. Would love to try again if updates are ever made!
