This small ASM patch is a very helpful one if you have late Bombs as it gives (Super) Missiles the ability to reveal shot blocks similar to Dread.

As a bonus, it also makes the beams (both, normal and Grapple) able to reveal Bomb Blocks if desired like in Zero Mission as well as Power Bombs to also reveal any block like in Fusion onwards (for standalone patches, use Bomb Block Revealing Shots and Powerbomb Reveal Tiles, respectively).
