[ZM_U] When the game removes never reforming blocks and already collected tanks, it checks if the block/tank was in the room where samus currently is. This patch changes the check for the room number to a check for the rooms map coordinates, which means that if you collect a tank/destroy a never reforming block in a room with multiple room states, the block/tank will be gone in all room states.
