[ZM_U] Version 1.1 of my shinespark patch.

If you press nothing when starting a shinespark, then you get lifted up half a block like normal, if you press down, then you don't get lifted up at all and if you press up, then you get lifted up a full block. You can only press down when starting a ballspark, as you unmorph when pressing up. Everything else is like the old version.

Does not use free space.
