This patch adds the universal ammo system like in hyper metroid

You can customize how much ammo supers and pbs give you when picking up the item, and how much they will consume when firing them
You can edit a tile from the hud gfx to have a symbol in between the current ammo counter and the maximum ammo counter

*update: now takes SBA's and crystal flash into account, and they're customizable
-optimized some stuff
-added a second optional version which also features an ammo tank PLM, just like in super metroid subversion

I always loved the overhauled ammo system from Hyper Metroid, and was very glad to see it make a comeback in Subversion. Tundain knocked it out of the park by creating this for the community to use.

For the undecided here is one good reason to incorporate this: it frees up your choice of enemy placements in rooms or from obsessing over customizing the types of drops your enemies would have.

A great many earlier hacks in particular suffer from needing a power bomb in a specific area, but the enemy you need to kill to obtain that is a dozen rooms behind you.

Pre-boss farming is also simplified by this system.
