Custom clipdata for Zero Mission. Clipdata 91 is a gust that pushes Samus to the right, 92 is a gust that pushes Samus to the left. Cancels out speedboost if you come in from the wrong side and prohibits shinesparking through it from the wrong side (so shinesparking left into a rightward gust cancels it, but shinesparking right into a rightward gust allows you to continue). Recommended to not have gusts push Samus into solid blocks. ASM code has comments in it. Huge thanks to Captain Glitch for putting up with me and helping me write and debug this!
