If the player has Power Bombs selected on the HUD, a fired beam shot will instead shoot as a fully charged shot at the cost of one Power Bomb.

It's the OG version of Beam Burst. It's less flashy than Jiffy's version, which docks in an orb, but it actually has the ASM file with it, which gives it an orb back, so no net change, I guess.
