This code causes Samus to fire charge shots in place of uncharged shots if Charge Beam is equipped. Version A of this code includes Black_Falcon's Tractor Beam code (charge vacuums pickups toward you) while Version B disallows charging a shot and as such, doesn't include the tractor effect.
