Slows down shots. Forces linearity. Makes Kraid nearly impossible due to the slowed down shots, you literally need 2 supers beforehand and lucky Ice Beam SBA shots inside him for it to work. Disgusting. (by the way, Hyper isn't as slow as everything else.)

Almost entirely the slowed fire rate and nothing else. Tried it back when it released and stopped before I made it back up the space pirate shaft.
