Version 1.06 - Fixed a bug when triggering the ending in a room with cleanser achievement that triggered the achievement multiple times. - Fixed a bug where the CWJ achievement was possible in some weird circonstance when touching water at high speed and doing a normal wall jump Version 1.05 - Due to previous score reset combination interfering with SD2SNES cartride, The combination has been changed to Holding L+R+A+X+start for 2 seconds ONLY when on the difficulty selection row. This should prevent any accidental erasal. - Spike spark Achievement can not be done anywhere outside of crocomire room, can only be done once per run. - Plasma spark achievement has been entirely removed due to the skill level requirement being considered excessively high(most speed runners would know). - New achievement to take plasma spark's place. "Continuous wall jump" can be performed anywhere while wall jumping with enough speed, can only be gotten once per run. - Lava rise room now require 280 hp isntead of 239 to give a little bit more leway and forcing a minimum of 4 etank instead of 3 - Charge beam chozo statue now as a secret on it. Remember that some rooms have multiple secrets but only 1 can be obtained per rooms. - time attack Hard mode time reward has been increased to 60 seconds. Leaderboard showed a clear discrepency in its room score compare to all other difficulty. - Fixed a bug that made it so the first song select was always the same when time attack was not selected. - Fixed a another bug that nobody knew about and shall remain a mystery bug. version 1.04 - Now can reset your room high score in the main menu for tournament purpose. Hold L+R then press Start and Select, this will reset the room score for the currently selected difficulty only.(power bomb sound to confirm) - Penalty Achievement now doesn't take your max HP below 199 - Normal Difficulty now takes into account the room difficulty scalar like Easy does, so normal should be easier for the first 125 rooms.(after that its the same). - Fixed a bug with the achievement in the green hill room. - added game time to the game over screen(dont know why it wasnt there originally) Version 1.00 - Leader board now functional When you die of finish a seed a code will be presented to you. use that code to submit your run on http://arcade.supermetroid.run If you do not wish to type the code you can get the code by opening the sram in notepad and scrolling at the bottom(some emulators dont update the sram until the emulator is reset/closed) the code is not visible until you press select, this is a stealing prevention for streamers. use it well. - time attack 150 rooms penalty as been removed instead every 50 rooms the time given for 10000 points will be 10 seconds lower for a minimum of 20 seconds I beleive this change will make the time progression more consistent with the difficulty - room hiscore now shows properly when above 999 version 0.57 - Time given during time attack has been changed to 90/70/50/40 - removed points for killing bosses without taking damage(kinda pointless to have points and time given out at the same time) - Time penalty now happens at 150 rooms instead of 200 - Time no longer deplete in the landing site. - score from secrets is now a minimum of 750 in hard and arcade. - The room with side hopper and the blue gate as been modified slightly to prevent a direct hit. - Farm bugs will no longer have increased speed, this didn't go well with the faster damage scaling of weaker monsters. - penalty from mother brain was not updating the etanks properly anymore with the new etanks setup - penalty now increases current missile count as well, rather then just max count. - Golden torizo now returned to its original state for hard and arcade.(didn't feel right.) - amount of points given by consecutive grapple jump as been lowered (from 18000 to 9000) - baby metroid room now requires high jump boots - removed the destroyable wall at the landing site so both side takes the same amount of time to get to. version 0.56 - Time attack now only give time based on points every 10000 points you will get extra 90 easy,60 normal,45 hard,30 arcade you guys test it out and let me know no damage on bosses still give extra time - Fixed points from monster on Normal was the same as Easy mode when it shouldn't be - Moved a geemer in retro brinstar that had a garanteed hit on higher speed. - fixed a possible softlock in shaktool room - Auto refresh seed check box now added. select SEED and press A to activate, seed is randomly generated when you insert coin you can't see the seed you got until you go back to the main menu - Music rotation system The musics will now change every 16 rooms randomly depending on the current room boss rooms will have their normal music playing kottpower compositions added in rom size as been extended for this let me know if there is any problems - Damage multiplier modifier for weaker monsters In an attempt to make every monster become dangerous over time some monster with lower damage will have their damage scale up considerably faster. don't jump on a geemer 100 rooms in arcade mode - draygon room requirement changed to include grapple - added refills to pre mother brain room. - vile plums now have increased damage - increased the hp requirement for 1 heated room - "first try!" achievement as been renamed to "early super" -
