Description
This was an attempt at a full hack of Metroid Fusion that used custom music and samples as its own redeeming qual--I mean tried to utilize the event system in a different, fresh order, with some surprises along the way. Ultimately, it felt too uninspired for me to complete the way it was going, and as such I might as well just upload it here on the main site so you can see where I was going with this.

Really fun hack! Has a lot of custom music and good game design. Event sequence has been completely altered and it's really fun. Ends after BOX.

With the name (from Final Doom's TNT: Evilution), the fact it takes place on Deimos, the spectral entities, and the use of actual Doom music, this is more of a DOOMtroid than DOOMtroid itself.
That being said, it's got the right balance of size and playability that made me want to keep going to see what was next, and feels like it could do a good job fitting the entire Fusion experience into its size. Shame it was abandoned, but was still fun for what it had (up to BOX, which according to Sapphron is as far as it goes; I couldn't figure out how to progress or backtrack after that anyway). It did take a bit to figure out that I could reach underwater bars vertically upward instead of jumping across the wall to do it, but that wasn't hard to figure out, just a bit unexpected.
It plays quick, it has proper walljump, it's fun, and it has Thunder Force IV music. What more could you want? =P
(I'd rate 3.5 orbs but I can't do that so 4 it is. This is a promising hack.)

A cool little hack that had some interesting stuff and with great music.
finished it completely (up to BOX which is the final room accessible and got all items present in the hack. Veteran difficulty is not really needed really.
No completion time as you can't go back to save station.
Will do a recording and check the recording time next try.
Hope it'll be picked back up in the future.

Damn, why didn't it get finished? It had some nice tight design and amusing tracks. Not much more to say aside from you probably shouldn't play it if you don't want to get depressed imagining what it could have been. (It's pretty good.)
